Airbnb is an online marketplace that connects people looking for accommodations with people who want to rent out their properties. We are a peer-to-peer service that allow hosts to share their spaces with other individuals, often at a cheaper rate than an average hotel.

This shows a sample of the project plan. There were six phases, and each phase had its own timeline to follow. Each team was assigned tasks for the six phases and collaborated to make this happen.

FUTURE GOALS: I would plan to flesh out the prototype for this Airbnb Segment. I hope to continue to make adjustments to the plan as we move through the timeline. We will be recording design quality , design impact, number of tasks completed in each design phase, number of new users, impact to revenue, and number of return users.
